They consist of slim aluminum profiles with press-fitted heating elements, and heating fins in either V or delta shape. Cover rails at both ends are equipped with a T-slot for easy installation and for attaching accessories. Thanks to their encapsulated PTC heating elements, the HRP series features a higher resistance to moisture, dirt and vibration. This allows them to fulfill high technical demands, which significantly increases their range of application - from railway applications to building air conditioning. HRP are available in different versions with power outputs up to nearly 3kW. They come in three standard sizes (S, M, L) with either V- or delta-shaped fins. HRPs with delta fins achieve a considerably lower pressure drop with a minimally reduced power output and are particularly suitable for high-volume air flows or lower-performance fans. Insulated air heaters are multi-voltage capable and can be operated in a voltage range from 230V to 400V. Optionally, they can be equipped with a plastic frame featuring integrated screw-on points for thermal insulation and easy installation.
