With the MD 200 HS drum melting device with hydraulic drum ram and screw conveyor pump, DCA Deckert Anlagenbau GmbH has developed an innovative product especially for highly viscous adhesives and sealants with very gentle conveyance in the high pressure range. Among other things, the device has been developed for thermoplastic products based on synthetic rubber (polyisobutylene). The high-performance melter MD 200 HS impresses with its high processing quality and its extremely high melting and conveying volumes in a high pressure range (depending on the adhesive up to 250 kg / hour). A permanent level control ensures optimum ease of use and uninterrupted production.
