Self-supporting tank, completely made of stainless steel, electric heating, “bain-marie” cooking process. 90°C maximum cooking temperature. It is suitable for dissolving and keeping at constant temperature fats, butter, chocolate, honey etc.
It is equipped with a slow speed mixing tool fitted with scrapers.
The emptying is through the front drain valve placed on the lower side of tank. The electronic thermostat check constantly the temperature, assuring high reliability.
