These flat spray nozzles are designed in such a way that the volume of spray decreases from the heavy leading edge. This is accomplished by the asymmetric patterning of the nozzle. The net result is that a uniform spray is achieved for highly accurate and even distribution. The LX version is manufactured in both stainless steel and brass and has a three-piece body. The opening slot is elliptical and has no vanes or pits on the internal surface. The nozzle has male BSPT and female BSPT threads. Nozzles can be custom-made with a specialized body. The body, cap and strainer in varying thread sizes can be bought individually.
