Della Toffola’s sheet filters are the outcome of over thirty years of experience with this type of technology and are intended for filtering numerous types of product: wine, beer, syrups, fruit juices, vinegar, spirits, water, oil and chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial products. With the aid of specific accessories, the filters can be adapted to work in a great variety of sectors, always with excellent results. They are reliable and durable and made entirely of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, including the frame, valves, tray and accessories. They are user-friendly and particularly quick and easy to start up. There are sightglasses on the inlet and outlet for the product being filtered to enable an optimal management of the process. Filtering can be done simply with sheets mounted on the plates, or with plates, sheets and frames containing kieselgur; the simple addition of a plate enables the simultaneous use of both methods. These filters are available in models with filtering plates from 400 x 400 to 1200 x 1200 mm in size.
