They consist of a rigid and robust supporting frame, a pressing column with pneumatic cylinders, and a number of overlapping shelves kept in the right position by side guides. Made entirely of stainless steel, the cheese presses are complete with a system for the independent monitoring and control of each pneumatic cylinder.
