The horizontal fermentation tanks have been designed to achieve a top-quality vinification with a minimal quantity of liquid lees in the end product.
The structural solution and its integrated devices enable a gentle displacement of the must and consequent punching down of the cap by means of paddles slowly rotating at a variable speed that is governed by a motor equipped with an inverter. The temperature conditioning pocket also guarantees an optimal control of the product’s temperature, ensuring an ideal fermentation process.
The paddles inside the tank serve the purpose of automatically unloading the exhausted grape marc at the end of the working cycle. There is also a version available with a screw conveyor that enables the grape marc to be extracted during the vinification process.
