Description

DELO-DOT PN5 is a pneumatic jet valve developed for complex micro dispensing tasks. Thanks to very short cycle times and reproducible processes, this valve is ideal for serial manufacturing for example in electronic industry or in the automotive sector. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz, the valve delivers a maximum performance. Even highly viscous materials can be applied completely contact-less in the smallest diameters of <250 µm. You can change the nozzels and fluidic plunger without any tools. Compact dimensions of the valve and the control box offers an easy integration in several systems. The cartridge holder, which can be placed at a 90° angle, allows media to be fed from all four sides of the unit, depending on the system.
