Quickly and easily clean jet valves, needle and volume dispensers in production DELO DropX reliably cleans dispensers when using adhesives in production. Media residues are extracted from the outlet openings of the dispensing valves. This process is made contactless thanks to a vacuum of 0.9 to -0.1 bar. The internal adhesive reservoir collects the residue and holds up to 2 ml of media at a wide range of viscosities. Due to its compact size, it can be easily integrated into existing machines.
