Description

The Master/ Slave interface card enables the SM15K series power supplies, to form a single high-power system by operating either in parallel or series connection. In Master/ Slave operation, each unit is required to use a SM15K Master/ Slave interface card. Additional to the interface card, assembly kits are separately offered. The assembly kits take care of connecting the outputs, providing safety covers and data cables to connect the interfaces. Both interface and assembly kits are easily installed and exchanged to connect a different number of units in parallel or series. Providing ultimate freedom of configuration for parallel or series output connected SM15K units. Features Optimal dynamic response in parallel operation Fast reaction time: up to 250 µs All operational information is visible on the master unit Series output operation with up to six units for only the SM500-CP-90 Parallel output operation up to 60 units Functionalities Single system behavior, due to Master/Slave operation Extending power capability of a single SM15K unit Connecting multiple units in a modular and flexible way Forming a complete system when used together with an output assembly kit Specifications Operating temperature: -20 to +50 ºC Standards Safety: EN 60950 / EN 61010 Dimensions and weight Width: 25 mm Height: 77 mm Depth: 77 mm Weight: 70 gr
