The DVChecker_NET inspection software has been designed as an open SW environment for the development of verification and control processes of the presence / absence of manufacturing works and / or of details on mechanical and assembled components.
The software is able to manage one or more cameras for the acquisition of images of the context on which the control has to be performed.
It is possible to program more types of details to be submitted to control. The interfacing with any external devices is managed by the software through the use of I / O or digital communication channels.
The images acquired in the various stations are displayed on the screen and a synoptic shows the results indicating the type and the result of the checks performed.
The control is done through the open programming of points through which it is possible to identify areas of color, shapes, borders and patterns.
The points can be referred to each other to compensate for positioning errors and thus guarantee the correct functioning of the control areas.
DVChecker_NET is highly configurable both in terms of the assignment of certain input / output bits, and in the creation of sequences of logical operations on control points or measured values, which configure the system to perform that control test and to provide its outcome on a particular output bit.
