Retroreflectivity Sensor Perfect for production line monitoring of retroreflective sheeting materials for traffic signs, high-visibility safety clothing, license plates and conspicuity tapes. Measures according to international CEN and ASTM standards at many angles The GRX Online Sensor measures retroreflection and calculates the RA value according to international CEN and ASTM standards. It complies with the requirements stated in EN 12899, EN 20471, ASTM E 1709, ASTM E 2540 and ASTM E 1809 (discontinued). Seven observation angles The instrument can simultaneously measure entrance angles 0.2, 0.33, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 degrees, and we deliver it with either an ASTM entrance angle of -4 degrees or a CEN entrance angle of +5 degrees. All types and colors The sensor measures all types and colors of retroreflective materials, when calibrated with one single white retroreflective standard with known RA.
