Fire tanks according to UNI EN 12845, single wall (single chamber) for fire-fighting water storage for private, corporate, and community use systems (fire-fighting water storage systems for public buildings, schools, companies, haulers, industrial sheds, etc.) available in storage version underground water (underground) and outdoor water storage version (on support saddles, feet or support structure).
The single-wall fire-fighting tanks for fire-fighting water are made entirely of S235JR quality carbon steel, according to UNI EN 10025 -2, are assembled by MIG welding process (inside) and submerged arc welding process (outside) performed by highly specialized personnel, subsequently subjected to a pneumatic seal test and finishing with external treatment with the application of tar or fiberglass (for the underground versions) and with the application of two coats of primer and subsequent finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel metallic grid or RAL of your choice (for the above-ground versions for outdoor use).
The single-chamber fire-fighting water tanks are equipped with a 400mm diameter manhole with welded upper sleeves (loading sleeve, suction tubes) complete with bolts and gasket, breather sleeves or stubs, connection for connection of the earth cable, identification data plate in anodized aluminum, and vacuum lifting eyebolts.
