HORIZONTAL TANKFUEL TANK WITH DOUBLE CHAMBER UNI EN 12285 FOR DIESEL WITH DISPENSING GROUP.
External dispensing tanks, double-walled on non-rolling support saddles, designed and built by the UNI EN 12285-2 standard, made with convex bottoms and carbon steel sheet of S235JR UNI EN 10025 quality, assembled using a certified submerged arc welding process.
They are treated after construction with a RAL 9006 gray painting cycle.
They represent the ideal solution for the supply and storage of diesel fuel above ground in total safety and maximum environmental protection.
All tanks are subjected to a tightness test at a pressure of 1.5 bar for the internal chamber and 0.5 bar for the interspace.
Each tank is equipped with:
– 620mm diameter manhole, complete with gasket and zinc-plated bolts.
– 3 “filling connection with brass bayonet quick opening cap.
– 3″ load limiting valve.
– Vent with brass flame arrestor terminal.
– Indicator mechanical level with float for capacities up to a diameter of 2,000mm.
– Metric rod for level control for capacities with a diameter greater than 2,100mm.
– Service ladder with non-slip and non-slip rungs.
– Suction line is complete with a foot valve and filter.
– Vacuum lifting eyebolts.
– Anti-rolling support saddles are welded to the plating on a reinforcement plate.
– Continuous monitoring unit for any leaks with an alarm signal.
