Spinning Lathes by DENN have been in existence since 1885. These lathes are used to rotate blank steel in dishes which are 16mm thick and a diameter ranging from 10 to 4000 mm. Additionally, DENN also provides hydraulically reactive and automated spinning lathes that consists of movement regulation or CNC featuring up to 2 slides and can function in hot as well as cold temperatures.
The CNC equipment features two types of setups including the play-back devices that the operator can adjust physically while recording. After recording, the lathe can be used in an automated mode to repeat the job as needed. The top level features an outer CAD-CAM setup which enables to modification of strokes and adjusts all working guidelines. These guidelines include pace, advances, thickness very easy and graphically. This is so easy to use that no specific software knowledge is required.
