Description

The innovative eacy feed vibratory bowl feeder offers ideal requirements for the sustainable production of tomorrow: With growing environmental awareness and rising energy costs, increasing efficiency and saving energy is becoming increasingly important for companies. DEPRAG meets this demand for efficiency and sustainability with this innovative solution. Through the clever and efficient use of physical effects, energy savings of approx. 80% can be achieved with this feeder. When the vibratory bowl feeder is used in conjunction with the controller and operating unit DPU (DEPRAG Processing Unit), it fulfills another requirement of the industry: communication capability in the sense of Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory. By using TCP/IP network protocols, access to the network of the spiral conveyor is possible from anywhere in the world. As soon as a connection is established with the communication-enabled feeder via smartphone, tablet or computer, all settings can be displayed and parameterized directly. For example, the operator can change frequency and amplitude settings on their smartphone and thus ensure the function of the feeder from anywhere. Definition of vibratory bowl feeders Vibratory bowl feeders are vibrator drives for vertical conveying of bulk material or transported material. Small to medium-sized bulk materials are conveyed. In addition to transportation, they are often used to sort small parts (such as screws, nuts, pins, O-rings, electronic parts or other small parts) or to provide them in the correct position for further processing automatically.
