ACD classified industrial vacuum for suction of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified areas. Two powerful single-phase motors that can be driven independently, two progressive efficiency filters M and H14, complete earthing and 45 litre stainless steel container for maximum safety in use. Anti-static accessories and remote control via electric tool available as options. Available version with container for dust inertisation. - ACD classified for extraction of combustible dusts in non-ATEX areas - Compact and easy to maintain - 2 levels of progressive filtration - Vacuum gauge for performance monitoring TWO SINGLE-PHASE MOTORS Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors. Each motor is operated by an independent switch that allows the operator to control suction performance. The motors are housed in a robust casing, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level. GROUNDED ANTISTATIC FILTERS The primary filter is made of robust antistatic polyester. Inside the fabric, which is class M (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), there is a conductive mesh that prevents any electrostatic charge. An absolute H14 secondary filter and the connection of all components ensure complete dissipation of electrostatic charge. STAINLESS STEEL CONTAINER The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, equipped with a metal handle that ensures its release, to avoid any sparks that might be generated by the electrostatic charge.
