Description

The Nidec DESCH Denox® MGS units form a symbiosis of all relevant core components. These include water-cooled synchronous motors, gear units and machining spindles in optional ISO-BT-HSK-CAPTO tool interface design, which are required for a high-performance drive solution. This extremely compact main spindle series is available in four sizes. A special feature is the additional pre-configured tool head mount, which can be combined with a large number of Nidec DESCH machining heads. Denox® Motor gearbox spindle unit The wide range of motorized milling spindles has been developed to meet the diverse requirements for machining different materials. One of the special features is the design and realization of products that meet the specific customer requirements in terms of rigidity, power, torque and speed of the spindle axis. Careful tests and running-in procedures carried out on each unit produced allow a complete guarantee and certification of product quality.
