Friction clutch RN

Nidec DESCH slipping hubs are holding , frictional safety clutches. Due to high quality materials, they achieve a high performance. The torque is precisely adjustable. The slipping hubs are optimized to use in combination with pulleys. If the defined torque will be increase, the clutch slips and protects the drive train from damages. A defined torque is generated by the permanently preloaded pressure spring columns. If the defined torque will be increase, the Planox® clutch type PTF slips and protects the drive train from damages. The upcoming wear can be automatically compensated by the pressure springs and can be also readjusted, if necessary. A defined torque is generated by the permanently preloaded compression spring columns. If the defined torque will be increase, the Lutex® LRK clutch slips and protects the drive train from damages. Due to the permanent oil lubrication, the couplings have very low wear and achieve a long service life time and longer maintenance intervals.
