Robotization by anatomical gripper for horizontal and vertical handling of GT from construction machines to storage trolleys, etc … Gren Tire Automatic Handling One of the applications of this solution is the unloading of green tire from construction machines and their loading into conveyors. The system consists of a green tire conveyor in a horizontal position to the robot´s work area and a set of two rotating tables on which the carts are positioned for the unloading of green tire. The robot can manage the trolleys feom when they are empty until they are fully filled. To detect close or open trays, external sensors have been installed to the robot, which measures the distance to the last closed tray.
