Our hydraulic turning clamps are used for loads of up to 4.5 tons and significantly reduce work processes, as the stripping and turning of the segments are combined in a single device. The segment is stripped and lifted by force-fit contact. DHL Hydraulic Turning Clamp DHL mode of operation: The DHL clamp lifts the segment by force-fit contact and thus presses it firmly between the pressing jaws. Ideally, the segments are equipped with holes by means of cones in the mould, located to fit one of the pressing jaws. The turning process is carried out hydraulically, which ensures a smooth process. Requirements for the formwork: In order for the pressing jaws to reach the segment, the side shutters of the formwork must be able to be opened by at least 50°. Safety: The hydraulic pressing unit has an integrated safety system and electronic monitoring to ensure safe operation.
