Di Nicola manufactures machines for the cleaning of the channels with hydraulic piston with fixed machines for the cleaning of the grid or self-moving for the cleaning of grids of great extent by means of a timed cycle. The raker hydraulic Di Nicola consists of a support structure, a filtering screen, a rake for the screen cleaning, a rake cleaning device, a double acting hydraulic cylinder with one or more runs for the upward and downward motion of the moving unit, a second hydraulic cylinder for the rake traverse motion, an hydraulic unit and a control panel.This particular construction allows to fully reproduce the movement of a manual cleaning and evacuation of the debris onto a conveyor belt for discharging in appropriate containers. The machines for the cleaning of vertical hydraulic are installed on medium and large systems purification of waste water in civil or industrial, of irrigation channels or of the feed channels of dams or hydroelectric plants. Di Nicola follows the customers in all phases of installation creating a 3D mapping of the existing masonry, the masonry of editing, the installation sequence, allowing the installation company to operate in total autonomy, while ensuring the installation and supervision the commissioning.
