With the DiBO atomizing and foam unit, detergents (shampoo, degreaser, disinfectant, etc.) can be atomized into a very fine spray or foam on the surface to be treated. This makes considerable savings on detergents, yet their effectiveness is excellent.
The unit can be set up so that the detergents are mixed with compressed air, creating foam. The sticky nature of the foam ensures that the detergent can work its way through the dirt for a longer time, which improves the quality of the cleaning.
The unit is made entirely of stainless steel, and the stainless steel components used are also extremely resistant to corrosion and the action of the detergents used (only FOAMER 60). The necessary valves and connectors are fitted to a stainless steel manifold. This unit is also fitted with an inspection cover for rapid and simple filling, and is supplied as standard without atomizing or foam lance.
Supplied as standard with:
Control valve for air and detergent flow
Overpressure protection and pressure gauge
