Description

The AUTOMATIC OIL SEPARATORS of the CLEAN OIL series are characterised by their versatility; in fact, for a diversified production facility, one centralised system can be used to serve several machine tools, thus ensuring considerable economic and ecological benefits. In these systems, an adjustable overflow system allows for the rapid evacuation of only the extraneous oils, minimising the volumes of waste for disposal and allowing the de-oiled liquid to return to the tank for reuse. This process facilitates the removal of bacteria and the total elimination of fumes and odours caused by the presence of fungi floating in the machine tool tanks. The combined use of a CLEAN OIL SEPARATOR with a super filtration CLEAN TOWER system allows for the regeneration of emulsions which would otherwise be dumped, assuring a saving of up to 50% on an annual basis in the purchase costs of new emulsifiable oil. Specifications: • Stainless steel structure entirely in AISI 316 • The suction pump may be attached to the tank by means of magnets fitted to the float, • Power rating 35W • Surface skimming system with automatic regulation. • Sludge container • Adjustable feet • Suction and reload piping • Valves and fittings for proper operation • Suitable for oil separation in tanks of max. 1 m³ • Dimensions H 400 x 200 x 200 mm.
