Description

The AUTOMATIC OIL SEPARATORS of the CLEAN OIL series are characterised by their versatility; in fact, for a diversified production facility, one centralised system can be used to serve several machine tools, thus ensuring considerable economic and ecological benefits. In these systems, an adjustable overflow system allows for the rapid evacuation of only the extraneous oils, minimising the volumes of waste for disposal and allowing the de-oiled liquid to return to the tank for reuse. This process facilitates the removal of bacteria and the total elimination of fumes and odours caused by the presence of fungi floating in the machine tool tanks. The combined use of a CLEAN OIL SEPARATOR with a super filtration CLEAN TOWER system allows for the regeneration of emulsions which would otherwise be dumped, assuring a saving of up to 50% on an annual basis in the purchase costs of new emulsifiable oil. Specifications: • All-stainless-steel structure in AISI 316 • Pneumatic pump with adjustable flow rate • Air consumption 250-450 NL/M • Surface skimming system with automatic regulation. • Sludge container • Mobility castors • Suction and reload piping • Pre-filtration washable cartridge • Valves, pressure gauge and fittings necessary for proper operation • Suitable for oil separation in tanks of max. 3 m³ • Dimensions H 990 x 450 x 400 mm.
