OPERATING SYSTEM
Put the shoulder ham on the working table and places the leg and the shoulder blade of the shoulder ham under the corresponding securing bridges.
Press the pneumatic buttons so that the bridges secure the shoulder ham against the table and next cut the joint of the shoulder blade and remove the meat from its neck.
Press the electric buttons until the extracting unit is over the shoulder ham.
Fix the hook to the neck of the shoulder blade, by hooking it beneath the latter.
Press the electric buttons again and the extracting units extract the shoulder blade from the shoulder ham.
