Turret Type Duplex Slitter Rewinder Compact Description Excellent performance compact machine. Easy to operate. Specially designed for those converters who need high production and time optimization. Produces excellent quality of slitted rolls. This machine operates with: cellophane, PET, PE, PVC, BOPP, BOPA, laminations, CPP and label. Process - Shaftless non–pivotable unwinder of 3” and 6” (optional). - Alignment system by register line. - Shear-cut system. - Turret type system with 4 differential shafts of 3”. - Cross cutting system. Optional Shear slitting system, manual or semi-automatic core positioning laser system, rewind roll unloader, turret winding shafts support, differential shafts in different diameters, lifting table system at unwinder to load the roll (patented system) and remote connection for fast troubleshooting.
