Big Rolls Slitter Rewinder Description Machine designed to slit and rewind different materials, such as paper, nonwoven and filter paper. Process - Central unwinder with break and air shaft. - Shear or crush slitting system. - Peripheral rewind with two support rolls and one riding roll. - Air shaft to control rewind process. - Adjustable speed between the support rolls for tension control. - Automatic tension control with load cells. - Taper tension and taper NIP. Options Shaftless unwinder, peripheral band on the winder, guiding system, trim extraction system, unloading table and curved rolls system for material separation.
