At Dinaksa we offer the possibility of designing and manufacturing a LOAD LIMITING SYSTEM, adapted to the needs of each customer. The basic components of this system are: LOAD CELL - a sensor that picks up the force exerted by the lifted load, and transforms it into an electrical signal. For the limitation in cranes, the most used cells are: - DK BULON / PIN CELL - installed on the shaft of a pulley or at a fixed point. - ADK / LmDK - installed on the crane cable, it measures its tension. ELECTRONIC LIMITER - an electronic device that collects the signal emitted by the sensor (cell) and translates it into alphanumeric data. The limiter has the option of programming various automatic responses, such as overload, load summation, loose rope, trip delay, timer ... ELECTRONIC DISPLAYS- there is the possibility to send the signal from the Limiter to other Dinaksa devices. Thus, the weighing can be viewed from a distance and in adverse conditions (darkness, low temperature, etc.). At Dinaksa we have a wide range of electronic displays, with different sizes and applications (please check the corresponding section). In addition, the signal can be sent to PLCs, computers and other mobile devices through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS323 cable, among others.
