The gravity skate wheel conveyor is constructed from galvanized, perforated metal sheet that possess a thickness of 0.8mm. It is integrated with polypropylene wheels that are installed on a smooth surface steel axle that is -3mm in diameter. Accurately cut to ± 1mm, it is delivered cut and assembled to the length given by the customer. The holes are spaced in multiples of 16.5mm providing a 33mm distance between the wheels. Its wheels are bounded and require a distance of up to 49.5mm.
