A black wheel for MINIRAIL made of a specially conductive plastic material. Used when there is a need to totally discharge static electricity build-ups.
The resistance coefficient to electricity is 28,8 Ω/cm², while in the case of the normal black wheel (with carbon charge) it is 5 x 10¹º Ω/cm².
Recommended areas of use:
- ELECTRONICS: To avoid static electricity build-up during microchip, electronic circuit board manipulation, etc, the technical characteristics vary according to use.
- ELECTRICITY: To avoid sparks created by static electricity during the transportation, supply or manipulation of car batteries that could cause ignition of the sulphuric acid contents.
- For varied plastic products, where the accumulation of static electricity causes components to ‘stick’ together.
The wheels come pre-assembled in the MINIRAIL using steel axles.
