Thanks to efficient wet granulation with subsequent drying, you will be able to produce most common recipes - from clinical samples to production batches. With through-the-wall installation, intuitive user guidance and short set-up times, you set new standards for your granulation line. You benefit from a control system that enables recipe creation via a phase concept. Your batch data acquisition and documentation is carried out with 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software. Depending on your individual processes, the product flow can be realised either vertically or horizontally. If you also require spray granulation in the fluidized bed, this can be prepared and retrofitted. In the same way, you can secure special solutions in the area of containment in the pharmaceutical sector. Safety is a top priority: Your safety is not only important to you, but also to us. Therefore, your granulation line is protected against explosion risks according to ATEX and other common standards and regulations. Your qualification is given by the fulfilment of standards according to GAMP 5, the quality control is done by the integration of PAT.
