During drying, stripping gas (compressed air or nitrogen) can be added and finely distributed. The mixing tool is equipped with a scraper that runs close to the wall, which means that even products that tend to form deposits on the heated wall can be dried quickly and easily. The single-pot processor has a cylindrical mixing bowl with two heating zones and double jacketed. The mixing and drying of components is made a thorough and uncomplicated affair by two features: firstly, the mixing tool with wall scraper for drying and, secondly, the automatically operated hinged lid, which can be heated to prevent condensation. In addition, the single-pot processor is equipped with drag-gas floor nozzles and a vertical chopper. The system is controlled fully automatically via an industrial PC. In order to be able to observe the running processes, a sight glass can be used. This gives you a precise overview of the processes in the processor at all times and enables you to make adjustments to the process promptly.
