Description

Simple scissor lift system with maintenance-free bearings. The lifting force is produced by the actuation of one or two olehydraulic cylinders fixed inside the scissors mechanism. Each cylinder is fitted with a valve that limits the lowering speed to approximately 50% of the speed allowed by the hydraulic circuit. Power unit integrated into the chassis of the table. Aluminium contact strip, fixed to the outer edges of the platform, stops the descent when it encounters an obstacle. Stop control by limit switch. The table is controlled by a switch box connected to the control panel. It has an «operator present» function, whereby the table is moved only while the “↑” o “↓” push-buttons are pressed. The pushbutton box also includes a safety stop button «STOP» for interlocking, when pressed the movement of the table stops, to return the pushbutton to its original position must be turned clockwise. Includes fixing bracket for inspection. Supplied with documentation: Instructions for use and maintenance and CE declaration of conformity. Labelling with risk prevention pictograms. It is delivered MOUNTED AND READY TO BE CONNECTED. Complies with CE standards.
