Description

Double scissors lifting system with maintenance-free bearings. The lifting force is produced by the actuation of two olehydraulic cylinders fixed inside the scissors mechanism. The cylinder is fitted with a valve that limits the lowering speed to approximately 50% of the speed allowed by the hydraulic circuit (48 mm/s). Stop control by limit switch. The table is controlled by a switch box connected to the motor. It has an «operator present» function, whereby the table is moved only while the «UP» or «DOWN» push-buttons are pressed. The motor housing also includes a safety stop button «STOP» for interlocking, when pressed the movement of the table is stopped, to return the button to its original position must be turned clockwise. It incorporates brakes on the wheels to provide greater stability during loading and unloading work. the table.
