This device is a mobile and self-contained downdraft table that comes with a manually activated reverse pulse system that is self cleaning. This device offers easy filter cleaning and maintenance. It also collects all the dust, fume and smoke that is generated by different kinds of operations, thanks to the DD2x4. It also provides hands free capture at source above the perforated table top. The device can be easily customized to meet different operation requirements. It conforms to OSHA specifications and can provide clean air. The 2 X 4 Downdraft Table has a large capacity paper-pleated filter. This filter has an arrestance rating of 99.8% @ 0.5 micron. Optionally, it can also be fitted with a 2" deep metal mesh pre-filter. Main filter needs to be replaced periodically while metal mesh pre-filter is washable. This table is a versatile machine and comes with a 120V plug & play motor developing 1500 CFM. This helps the operator in handling tough industrial applications with a compact and cost effective filtration package.
