Product with electropneumatic design developed for application in electric test workstations D-CTL. Module based on customer’s specifications and/or connector manufacturer. • Enables automatic nonreturn connector by eletropneumatic locking and release through power cut • Led error indication and connector release • The contact is made with threaded pins, that can be inserted or in-house manufactured with forces from 0.8N to 25N and the heads should be pointed to the proper terminal • Detection of components through micro-switchers and/or optical barriers • Power connection system through plug • Minimum dimensions 50 x 100 mm, multiples of 50 mm • Type of Insertion: fixed block, moveable block with simple contact and moveable block with “push-back” contact • Type of Functions: automatic terminal’s brake lock and controlled effort; connector’s leak-tightness test through pressure or vacuum and colour detection through optical detectors
