Product with electropneumatic design developed to be applied on self planks. Module based on customer’s specifications and/or connector manufacturer. • Connector’s release in an automatic way through power cut • Connector’s automatic retention by electropneumatic locking • Led push button for error indication and connector’s release • The contact is made with threaded pins, that can be inserted or in-house manufactured with forces from 0.8N to 25N and the heads should be pointed to the proper terminal. • Component’s detection is associated with micro-switches/optical barriers • Electrical connection system • Externally shielded modules in order to be applied over the plank • Types of Insertion: fixed block, moveable block with simple contact or “push-back” • Type of Functions: automatic terminal’s brake lock and controlled effort; connector’s leak-tightness test through pressure or vacuum and colour detection through optical detectors
