The TDR9000 model, engineered by Doble Engineering, is a circuit breaker tester that is capable of testing up to eight breaks per phase. It offers users a high speed data acquisition circuitry that is coupled with interference suppression making it ideal for substation environments. This device is also built with a standard design that enables users to meet the requirements needed for their respective applications. This TDR9000 circuit breaker tester is equipped with an EHV contact timing module that functions for the measurement of opening and closing times of the main contacts and insertion resistor contacts. In addition, it is also capable of measuring the capacitance of grading capacitors, therefore reducing the required channels for the testing application.
