This efficient solution works with a vibrating bowl which brings screws to the screwdriver nose with a distribution rate up to 40 screws per minute. This screw feeding system is also available in an automation version for automated or robotic applications. This solution allows you to increase considerably the productivity of a same tightening workstation while ensuring a zero defect production quality thanks to the signals available on the device, and a workstation ergonomics optimized. The screw feeder is a vibrating bowl feeder, allowing the feeding of screws with a body length of up to 30 mm and a head diameter of up to 13 mm. Operating mode: - Press the autoadvance trigger to position the screw in the screw driving nozzle. - The pneumatic piston assists the screw during the tightening process.
