FSC® certified wood. The perfect loft ladder for narrow space A complete and unique loft ladder from DOLLE. Its design is perfect for narrow hallways, where it is easily mounted between the beams. The loft ladder is equipped with a strong ladder with a 6.9 cm non-slip beech treads, which provides a good comfortable tread. The 4-part ladder has 12 steps and a ladder width of 35.8 cm. The pine casing is white-primed and thus ensures a nice finish. The total strength of the loft ladder has been tested according to EN 14975 which has a max. user weight of 150 kg, but tests the stairs up to 265 kg. DOLLE clickFIX® 56 MINI PRO+ is insulated with 50 mm expanded polystyrene (EPS). U-value: 0.64 W / m2 * K. The low u-value is particularly remarkable, as all the products have been tested as a building component similar to doors and windows. Tested at the IFT Rosenheim Institute for both U-value and air tightness. In the casing there are two sealing strips and a corner strip which ensures an extra airtight. The construction of the trapdoor prevents heat loss and cold bridges from the loft ladder. It can be easily mounted by just one person due to the simple click mounting.
