Description

Articulated bearing is a kind of sliding bearing, which is mainly used for low concentricity, large working surface pressure and slow swing and rotation, and has certain axial limit capacity. Characteristics of plain bearings 1) The plain bearing is composed of an inner ring with an outer sphere and an outer ring with an inner sphere. There is no rolling element and retainer. Due to the relative sliding between the inner and outer spheres, its internal friction coefficient is much larger than that of the rolling bearing. It is generally used in mechanisms that swing at a lower speed or make tilting motion (centering motion) within a certain angle range. 2) It can bear the combined load dominated by large radial load, but its allowable working speed is generally very low. 3) It has certain axial limit capacity and allows large relative skew of the curve between the shaft and the shell hole.
