Description

arbon black feeder is a new product independently developed by Doright. It is designed to solve the problem of feeding stability of carbon black pelletizer. The carbon black feeder is mainly composed of body, rotor, end cover and gear. It is engaged of two rotors and transport materials in cavity forming from rotate. The feeder not only conveys materials by weight principle, but more importantly, the pushing effect of materials when the two rotors mesh and rotate. The flow rate of feeding pump is not affected by pressure fluctuations and bed height. Velocity difference of two rotors exists in transient contact point, so rotors have self-washing surface function. Clean surface of rotors ensures permanent volume of transporting cavity and permanent delivery value of feeding. Rotor, pump body and end cover are precisely casted by high heat resistant stainless steel. Carbon black feeder has the following features: - Reliable and steady permanent materials, which could help to improve quality and efficiency of granulator. - Longer life time and fine air tightness without material leakage. - In the steady process, carbon black feeding pump can use cascade control with granulation water, which could avoid instability caused by granulator power and cascade control of granulation water. - Simple construction and easily maintenance. It is skid-mounted, and very easy to install.
