It is the first important step of the item's journey towards the finished result. DOT offers cleaning of all types of surfaces in the industry, including Garnet or steel grit blasting or shot blasting with steel balls. Depending on the customer's need and specified requirements, the items will be cleaned to the desired roughness which is the best for the subsequent surface treatment, such as metallization or hot-dip galvanizing. The roughness will be checked carefully before the subsequent treatment is initiated to achieve the best result.
