Description
The 24260 PotCon hermetic bulkhead connector is a plug to receptacle hermetic feedthrough designed for vacuum atmospheric test and measurement applications. it is designed with a 1 3/4″-18 vacuum face seal, simplifying installation into chamber environments. The housing is installed using a locknut and Nitrile O-ring hermetically seal the outside of the housing.
Inside the housing, Douglas utilizes a hermetic low outgassing epoxy to seal the stainless-steel feedthrough. The design includes an MS27466T25F-35P plug on the atmospheric side and an MS27466T25F-35S on the vacuum side. With 128 contacts, it supports multiple power and signal connections, offering high density and reliability.
Douglas can provide mating connectors or harnesses as required and customize your feedthrough with other connector options.
