Description

The 24053 PotCon hermetic bulkhead connector is a plug to receptacle hermetic feedthrough designed for vacuum atmospheric test and measurement applications. it is designed with a 1 3/4″ vacuum face seal, simplifying installation into chamber environments. The housing is installed using a locknut and Nitrile O-ring hermetically seal the outside of the housing. The 24053 parts is popular due to its high density. Inside the housing, Douglas uses a hermetic, low outgassing epoxy to ensure the stainless-steel feedthrough is securely sealed. The design includes an MS2746T19F32P plug on the atmospheric side and an MS2746T19F32S on the vacuum side. With 32 contacts, it offers high density, supporting multiple power and signal connections. The 24053K version of the feedthrough is designed with thermocouple contacts. Douglas can provide mating connectors or harnesses as required and customize your feedthrough with other connector options.
