The COP-96-COMBO is the ideal solution for cleaning irregular shaped machine parts, valves, tubes and other items that are difficult to clean with conventional spray manifolds due to masking. The unit can be used with side jets, end jets or a combination of both. Depending on the size and type, parts can be placed directly in the agitated ank or immersed in baskets fitted with handles. Versatility and cleaning effectiveness are provided by employing side jets, end jets, or a combination of botbby opening and closing valves in the supply manifolds. This controlled action is ideal for cleaning irregular shaped parts that fend to have surfaces that are difficult to reach with conventional spray patterns. Radius corners and the lack of any protrusions in the inside of the wash tank insures proper flow. The wash cycle is started by setting the wash timer and pressing the start button. Water temperature is maintained with your choice of live steam injection or electric maintenance heating.
