The ATR100 spiral mixer has a 225 quart capacity for large batches of dough and features a bowl on casters that can be removed from the mixing system. The bowl dolly has handles to maneuver the bowl. This mixer provides proper dough oxygenation, rotational speed, synchronization of the bowl and hook, as well as the time necessary for making a superior dough. It is ideal for breads, bagels, pizza and gentle French style dough.
