Permanent magnet overband separators are used in installations where there is a quantity of ferrous metals to be separated.They are usually placed on a conveyor belt and positioned transversally on it or in line with the belt. They are magnets inside which a magnetic core of C8 quality ferrite is housed, which generates a powerful magnetic field. High extraction capacity for both small and large ferromagnetic metals. Robust, reliable and easy to assemble. It is only necessary to connect the geared motor to the mains and they are practically maintenance-free mechanically and electrically.
