The permanent ferrite magnets model IPF are used in productions where there is NOT a large contamination of ferromagnetic metals to extract them and to be retained in their base. They are usually placed on a conveyor belt and positioned transversally on it or in line with the belt. They are magnets with a C8 quality ferrite magnetic core inside, which generates a powerful magnetic field. High extraction capacity for both small and large ferromagnetic metals. Robust, reliable and easy to assemble. They are not connected to the mains and require no mechanical or electrical maintenance. They can be manufactured with systems that help to clean the ferrous metals trapped in them, such as stainless steel trays. We manufacture different models depending on the working characteristics for which it is required. CE certified according to current directives and regulations.
